To ensure seamless communication between our services and your internal systems, your network must be configured to accept incoming traffic from our infrastructure. Our systems send real-time data updates (such as status changes or event alerts) to your network. If your firewall or security groups are configured to block unknown traffic, these updates will not reach your system.
By "allowlisting" the IP ranges below, you are instructing your network to trust and permit communication from our servers.
Technical Requirements
Provide the following CIDR blocks to your network administrator or security team. These should be added to your firewall's inbound allowlist for HTTPS (Port 443).
Production IP Address Ranges:
-
216.46.107.20/30
-
216.46.107.24/30
-
165.183.168.12/30
-
165.183.168.20/30
-
147.146.254.192/27
-
147.146.254.224/27
-
147.146.254.32/28
-
147.146.254.48/28
Security Recommendations
-
Encrypted traffic: Ensure your receiving endpoint is configured to use TLS/HTTPS to protect data in transit.
-
Least privilege: Only permit traffic on the specific ports required for your integration (standard is Port 443).
-
Maintenance: Periodically review your allowlist to ensure it aligns with the most current networking requirements provided in this documentation.
If you have any issues with the CIDR blocks, you can download a CSV file that contains a complete list of the IP addresses necessary for the allowlist.
