Resolve Webhook Issues

When a webhook error occurs, Kount re-sends the webhook a maximum of four times, with 2 minutes between each attempt. If those attempts fail, check the webhook configuration.

Verify the webhook configuration settings

  1. Sign in to Kount 360.

  2. Select Admin, Product Configuration, and then System Settings.

  3. Select Webhooks, and then verify that the webhook is listed.

  4. Select the webhook Edit icon inline_edit-button.png .

  5. Select Event and verify that the setting is configured for the correct event type.

  6. Verify that the Channel field has the correct value.

    Note

    The Channel value must exactly match the value you submit in the Evaluate Order API. If you leave the Channel value blank, the webhook receives updates for any channel that is not defined.
