With the sunsetting of our legacy solution, Command, you must change your third-party integrations to route fraud assessments to Kount 360. Use the following information to migrate integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento).

Note
During the migration process, a webhook is automatically created in Kount 360 to route the fraud assessments.
Migrate to the Kount 360 version of the app for your Shopify store.

These steps are only to migrate your Shopify integration for use with Kount 360. For instructions to set up a new Shopify integration, go to Installing the Kount App in Shopify.
Migrate to the Kount 360 version of our fraud protection app in your Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) store.

Uninstall the Kount extension from Adobe Commerce using Composer. From the root directory of your Adobe Commerce installation, enter the following commands:
php bin/magento module:disable Kount_Kount composer remove kount/magento2-kount php bin/magento setup:upgrade php bin/magento cache:flush

Install Kount 360 in Adobe Commerce like a new store. Follow the steps in the installation document, Installing Kount 360 in Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Kount provides the ability to manually approve, review, or decline transactions in Kount 360, then have that action sent back to the Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) instance. This interaction is dependent upon the webhook being configured in Kount 360.
In the Kount extension, security measures are implemented to protect against unauthorized submissions. Only webhook events sent from Kount are accepted. The webhook events are queued within Kount and then pushed out to the customer.
To create a webhook in Kount 360, go to Managing Webhooks.

Sign in to Kount 360.

Create a webhook and use the Website ID as the Channel Name.
Note
The Website ID is located in Commerce Admin Panel > Kount 360 > Account Information.

For the Webhook URL field, use the Event Notifications URL found in Adobe Commerce.

The Event Notifications URL is located in Commerce Admin Panel > Kount > Kount Integration > Event Notifications.

Save the configured webhook.
After the initial install, the Website ID field is set to Default. If you are configuring multiple sites for a single Adobe Commerce instance where each website needs a unique value, use the unique value in the Website ID field of Adobe Commerce after Configure Multiple Websites for Kount 360 in Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Migrate to the Kount 360 version of the app for your Adobe Commerce store.

These steps are only to migrate your BigCommerce integration to use Kount 360. For instructions to set up a new BigCommerce integration, go to Installing the Kount 360 App for BigCommerce.

Sign in to your BigCommerce store with your admin credentials.

Select Apps > My Apps > Kount.

In Merchant ID, enter Migrate to K360.

In API Key, enter your Kount 360 API key.

Select Save.
Your fraud assessments now route through Kount 360.

Refresh the page to display the new user interface for Kount 360.
Migrate to the Kount 360 version of the app for your WooCommerce store.
Note
These steps are only to migrate your WooCommerce integration for use with Kount 360. For instructions to set up a new WooCommerce integration, go to Integrating Kount 360 Fraud Prevention for WooCommerce.

Sign in to your WooCommerce store with your admin credentials.

Select Kount.

In Merchant ID, enter your Kount 360 Client ID.
Note
Your Kount 360 Client ID is the same number as your 6-digit MID from Command.

In API Key, enter your Kount 360 API key.

In Website ID, enter Migrate to K360.

Select Save.
Your fraud assessments now route through Kount 360.

Refresh the page to display the new user interface for Kount 360.
