After installing the Kount 360 app in Shopify, you have the option to customize your experience. This is not required to use the Kount 360 app in Shopify. We have default policies that approve or decline orders based on specific parameters.
If you want to change the parameters and build policies to better fit your use case, you can sign in to Kount 360 and create a custom set of rules. Kount 360 is linked to your Shopify store using a webhook so you can see all of your store transactions.
Note
Do not delete the webhook that links Kount 360 to your Shopify store.
